Role Overview
AI for Vietnam is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support the implementation of our people strategy across key HR functions — including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employer Branding, and People Operations. In this role, you will help build scalable HR processes that empower our global Vietnamese volunteer team and strengthen our culture of collaboration and impact.
Working closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to optimizing recruitment workflows, enhancing employee experience, and amplifying AI for Vietnam’s employer brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop professionally in HR while contributing to Vietnam’s AI innovation movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment operations and maintain accurate HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure smooth volunteer experiences.
- Execute employer branding and internal communication campaigns.
- Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports for HR leadership and Board of Management (BOM).
- Assist in implementing HR strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen organizational culture and team engagement.
Ideal Candidate
- (Preferred) Background in HR, communications, or organizational management.
- Familiarity with recruitment or people operations in startups or NGOs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-up.
- Strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar remote collaboration tools.
