Role Overview
We are seeking a Partnership Lead focused on community and small-to-medium business engagement to expand our grassroots support base, donor network, and community partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, community outreach, and storytelling—and can translate local passion into sustained support.
On a daily basis, you will engage SMBs, alumni networks, and supporters to drive recurring contributions, sponsorships, and activation opportunities.
This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and collaborates closely with the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of SMB sponsors, alumni supporters, and community contributors.
- Develop value-aligned sponsorship packages tailored to small business needs and capacity.
- Work with Marketing to activate giving campaigns, events, and donor recognition.
- Engage community supporters through consistent updates, storytelling, and impact sharing.
- Maintain donor and sponsor records; ensure timely follow-ups and recognition.
- Track contributions and engagement metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Represent AI for Vietnam at community-facing events when needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in community partnerships, donor engagement, or SMB business development.
- Warm relationship builder with excellent communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Capable of managing multiple outreach streams while maintaining consistent follow-ups.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in tracking donors and contributions.
- Comfortable representing a mission and speaking about impact.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM or community organizing tools.
